- 1/4 cup [60 mL] mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup [60 g] creamed Bleu cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, really finely chopped
- 1 cup [250 mL] plain yogurt
- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- Freshly chopped parsley, to taste

- Into a bowl, puree together mayonnaise, creamed Bleu cheese and finely chopped garlic.
- Mix in yogurt, pepper mixture then mix in some freshly chopped parsley.
