Cold Blue Cheese Sauce
Comments: Excellent served along with baked potatoes.
Servings: Approximately 1 2/3 cups [410 mL]
IngredientsPreparation
  • 1/4 cup [60 mL] mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup [60 g] creamed Bleu cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, really finely chopped
  • 1 cup [250 mL] plain yogurt
  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • Freshly chopped parsley, to taste
  • Into a bowl, puree together mayonnaise, creamed Bleu cheese and finely chopped garlic.
  • Mix in yogurt, pepper mixture then mix in some freshly chopped parsley.
