Bertouchi's Soup

Comments:	Very easy to prepare soup and quite a surprising result. Full of taste, this soup is quick to prepare; its presentation and its new taste will impress your friends. This recipe was inspired from a soup I tried at the Bertouchi restaurant in Toronto's Little Italy! Thanks to the Chef for the inspiration and bravo for his talent! The tomato and grilled garlic taste will surprise many!!!

Ingredients	Preparation
2 large firm red tomatoes 4 cloves garlic Olive oil 6 cups [1.5 L] home-made poultry broth Freshly chopped herbs [parsley, thyme, oregano, basil], to taste Ground pepper [quantity to taste, but I suggest that you be generous] 5 1/4 ounces [150 g] fresh pasta noodles such as butterflies or other small noodles	Just blanch tomatoes [must still be firm], then peel and cut tomatoes into medium-sized pieces; reserve. Chop garlic into tiny pieces; brown into a large casserole into a few drops olive oil. Pour in poultry broth and bring to a boil. Add tomato pieces, freshly chopped herbs and ground pepper. When tomatoes are soft, yet still into pieces, mix in fresh pasta noodles. Three [3] minutes later, serve!
