- 8 3/4 ounces [250 g] semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup [60 mL] sour cream
- 2 cups [500 mL] chocolate cookie crumbs
- Licorice laces
- Slivered almonds
- Silver balls [cake decorations]

- Melt chocolate chips; mix in sour cream.
- Stir in 1 1/2 cups [375 mL] chocolate cookie crumbs.
- Refrigerate for 15 minutes.
- Shape into small mice.
- Add tails [cut licorice lace].
- Dip mice into remaining crumbs, one at a time.
- Add ears [slivered almonds] and eyes [silver balls] to mice.
