Cream Cheese Candies

  • 1 [7 1/2-ounce / 210-g] pack creamy vanilla icing mix
  • 1 [8 3/4-ounce / 250-g] pack cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon [5 mL] grated orange peel
  • Roasted coconut flakes
  • Into a large bowl, add cream cheese and orange peel to vanilla icing mix; beat until soft.
  • Refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight [mixture will still be a little soft].
  • Drop, 1 teaspoon [5 mL] at a time, into coconut flakes.
  • Roll to coat candies evenly.
  • Keep candies refrigerated.
