- 1/3 cup [80 mL] butter
- 1/2 cup [125 mL] cocoa
- 1/3 cup [80 mL] honey
- 3 cups [750 mL] miniature marshmallows [30 large marshmallows]
- 1 teaspoon [5 mL] vanilla
- 4 cups [1 L] oven-toasted rice grain cereals
- 1 cup [250 mL] peanuts

- In a large casserole, melt butter.
- Stir in cocoa.
- Stir in honey and marshmallows.
- Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until smooth.
- Remove from heat.
- Mix in vanilla.
- Well mix in cereals and peanuts.
- Pour into a square 8 or 9-inch [20 or 23-cm] buttered mold; press lightly.
- Leave to cool completely before cutting, into squares.
