Chocolate Turtles

  • 1/2 bar paraffin
  • 1 cup [250 mL] chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup [125 mL] peanut butter
  • 1 cup [250 mL] icing sugar
  • 4 cups [1 L] corn flakes cereals
  • In th upper part of a doubleboiler, melt together paraffin, chocolate chips and peanut butter.
  • Remove from heat.
  • Mix in icing sugar and cereal flakes.
  • Spoon mounds onto waxed paper.
  • Refrigerate for 15 minutes before eating.
