- 1 [10 1/2-ounce 300-mL] can sweetened condensed milk
- 3 cups [750 mL] brown sugar
- 1 cup [250 mL] butter
- 1 cup [250 mL] corn syrup

- In a saucepan, well mix together sweetened condensed milk, brown sugar, butter and corn syrup.
- Bring to boil, over medium heat; boil until 245°F [118°C] is registered on a candy thermometer.
- Cool to room temperature.
- Store in an airtight container.
