- 1/2 cup [125 mL] peanut butter
- 8 ounces [227 g] butterscotch chips
- 1 cup [250 mL] oven-toasted rice grains cereals
- 1 cup [250 mL] miniature marshmallows

- Melt together peanut butter and butterscotch chips.
- Cool.
- Stir in cereals and marshmallows, until well coated.
- Spoon mounds of mixture onto waxed paper.
- Refrigerate.
