Crunchy Caramel Squares

  • 1/2 cup [125 mL] peanut butter
  • 8 ounces [227 g] butterscotch chips
  • 1 cup [250 mL] oven-toasted rice grains cereals
  • 1 cup [250 mL] miniature marshmallows
  • Melt together peanut butter and butterscotch chips.
  • Cool.
  • Stir in cereals and marshmallows, until well coated.
  • Spoon mounds of mixture onto waxed paper.
  • Refrigerate.
