- 2 egg whites
- 1 cup [250 mL] sugar
- 2 cups [500 mL] corn flakes cereals
- 1/2 cup [125 mL] chopped nuts
- 1 cup [250 mL] grated coconut
- 1/2 teaspoon [2.5 mL] vanilla

- Beat egg whites until firm, but not dry.
- Fold in sugar, corn flakes cereals, nuts and coconut.
- Mix in vanilla.
- Spoon small amounts of mixture onto a greased cookie sheet.
- Bake into a preheated 300°F to 350°F [150 to 180°F] oven, until golden.
