Chocolate Macaroons

  • 2/3 cup [160 mL] sweet condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup [60 mL] cocoa
  • Just a little salt
  • 1 teaspoon [5 mL] vanilla
  • 2 cups [500 mL] grated coconut
  • Into a bowl, mix together sweet condensed milk, cocoa, salt and vanilla.
  • Well mix in grated coconut.
  • Drop mixture by teaspoons [5 mL], onto a greased baking sheet.
  • Bake into a preheated 350°F [180°C] oven for 10 to 12 minutes.
  • Remove macaroons from baking sheet and leave to cool into a dish.
