- 2/3 cup [160 mL] sweet condensed milk
- 1/4 cup [60 mL] cocoa
- Just a little salt
- 1 teaspoon [5 mL] vanilla
- 2 cups [500 mL] grated coconut

- Into a bowl, mix together sweet condensed milk, cocoa, salt and vanilla.
- Well mix in grated coconut.
- Drop mixture by teaspoons [5 mL], onto a greased baking sheet.
- Bake into a preheated 350°F [180°C] oven for 10 to 12 minutes.
- Remove macaroons from baking sheet and leave to cool into a dish.
