Peanut Butter Balls
- 2 cups [500 mL] crunchy peanut butter
- 2 cups [500 mL] icing sugar
- 2 cups [500 mL] toasted rice grain cereals
- 2 tablespoons [30 g] butter
- Pinch of salt
Chocolate Coating
- 4 [1-ounce / 28-g each] squares semi-sweet chocolate
- 1/3 cup [80 mL] melted paraffin

Peanut Butter Balls
- Mix together crunchy peanut butter, icing sugar, toasted rice grain cereals, butter and salt.
- Roll a little mixture between your hands, the size of a nut.
- Arrange balls, one at a time, onto a plate; refrigerate while preparing chocolate coating.
- With a fork, dip each ball into chocolate coating, until well coated.
- Immediately arrange coated balls onto waxed paper; leave to harden, for a few minutes.
- Keep refrigerated.

- Melt together chocolate squares and paraffin; mix.
