Crunchy Snowballs

  • 3 cups [750 mL] peanuts
  • 1 [10 1/2-ounce / 300-mL] can sweetened condensed milk
  • Sifted icing sugar
  • Into a saucepan, mix together peanuts and sweetened condensed milk.
  • Cook over low heat, stirring, until mixture is golden brown, shapes into a ball and gets away from the sides of the saucepan, for approximately 10 minutes.
  • Leave to cool at room temperature for approximately 30 minutes.
  • Shape mixture into 1-inch [2.5-cm] balls.
  • Roll balls into sifted icing sugar.
