- 1/4 cup [60 mL] carob powder
- 1/4 cup [60 mL] honey
- 1/4 cup [60 mL] peanut butter
- 1/4 cup [60 mL] sunflower seeds
- 1/4 cup [60 mL] sesame seeds
- 1/4 cup [60 mL] wheat germs
- Grated coconut or sesame seeds, to taste

- Well mix together carob powder, honey, peanut butter, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds and what germs.
- Shape mixture into balls.
- Roll balls into grated coconut and/or sesame seeds, until coated.
