- 1 cup [250 mL] peanut butter
- 2 cups [500 mL] icing sugar
- 1/2 cup [115 g] melted butter
- 1/2 cup [125 mL] chopped nuts
- 1/2 cup [125 mL] grated coconut
- 2 cups [500 mL] rice krispies cereals
Frosting
- 6 ounces [170 g] chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon [15 g] butter
- A little milk

- Into a large bowl, well mix together peanut butter, icing sugar and melted butter.
- Mix in chopped nuts, grated coconut and rice krispies cereals.
- Shape mixture into rounds, logs or desired shapes; refrigerate to harden.
- Melt together chocolate chips, butter and a little milk; mix gently.
- Frost each candy with chocolate frosting.
