- 1 cup [140 g] butter
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 cups [500 mL] icing sugar
- 2 [6-ounce / 170-g] each packs semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon [5 mL] vanilla
- 2 bags colored miniature marshmallows

- Into the top part of a double boiler, over hot yet not boiling water, melt together butter, beaten eggs, icing sugar and semi-sweet chocolate chips.
- Remove from heat; leave to cool slightly before stirring in vanilla, and miniature marshmallows.
- Leave to cool until starting to set.
- Spoon 1/4th of mixture onto wax paper and shape mixture into a roll; refrigerate.
- Repeat with remaining mixture; refrigerate each roll as soon as it is ready.
- Slice really cold rolls.
