- 1/2 cup [115 g] butter, softened
- 1 3/4 cups [440 mL] icing sugar
- 1 teaspoon [5 mL] orange juice
- 1 1/2 cups [375 mL] coconut flakes
- 42 Maraschino cherries with stems, well-drained
- 1 cup [250 mL] Graham cracker crumbs

- Well mix together softened butter, icing sugar, orange juice and coconut flakes.
- Completely wrap cherries with mixture before coating wrapped cherries with Graham cracker crumbs.
