Crunchy Peanut Butter Balls

  • 1 cup [250 mL] crunchy peanut butter
  • 1 cup [250 mL] icing sugar
  • 1 cup [250 mL] oven-roasted rice grain cereals, or other
  • 3 [1-ounce / 28-g each] squares semi-sweet chocolate
  • 1 square paraffin wax
  • Into a bowl, mix together crunchy peanut butter, icing sugar and oven-roasted rice grain cereals, or other.
  • Shape mixture into small, 1-inch [2.5-cm] balls; set aside.
  • Into a casserole, melt chocolate squares together with paraffin wax.
  • Pour melted chocolate mixture into a narrow-opening jar; transfer jar into an already filled with hot water recipient.
  • Using a fondue fork, dip reserved peanut butter balls, one at a time, into melted chocolate mixture.
  • Leave to cool completely, onto waxed paper.
