Crunchy Marshmallow Slices

Servings: Approximately 36 slices
IngredientsPreparation
  • 1 cup [250 mL] milk chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup [125 mL] peanut butter chips
  • 2 cups [500 mL] miniature marshmallows
  • 2 cups [500 mL] oven-roasted rice grain cereals
  • Melt together milk chocolate and peanut butter chips over low heat.
  • Remove from heat; stir until well combined.
  • Then mix in miniature marshmallows and oven-roasted rice grain cereals, until really well coated with melted milk chocolate mixture.
  • Pour mixture onto waxed paper; shape mixture into an approximately 18-inch [45-cm] long roll.
  • Thightly wrap roll into waxed paper.
  • Refrigerate roll for at least 2 hours before serving, sliced into approximately 36 slices.
