Crunchy Marshmallow Slices

Will keep for quite a few days.

Approximately 36 slices

| Ingredients | Preparation |
- 1 cup [250 mL] milk chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup [125 mL] peanut butter chips
- 2 cups [500 mL] miniature marshmallows
- 2 cups [500 mL] oven-roasted rice grain cereals
|
- Melt together milk chocolate and peanut butter chips over low heat.
- Remove from heat; stir until well combined.
- Then mix in miniature marshmallows and oven-roasted rice grain cereals, until really well coated with melted milk chocolate mixture.
- Pour mixture onto waxed paper; shape mixture into an approximately 18-inch [45-cm] long roll.
- Thightly wrap roll into waxed paper.
- Refrigerate roll for at least 2 hours before serving, sliced into approximately 36 slices.
