- 1 egg white
- Pinch of salt
- 6 tablespoons [90 g] sugar
- 1 ounce [30 mL] corn flakes cereal crumbs
- 2 ounces [60 g] dark chocolate, grated

- Preheat oven to 350°F [180°C].
- Into a small bowl, beat together egg white and salt, until firm.
- Slowly beat in sugar, beating until stiff peaks form.
- Into a clean bowl, mix together cereal crumbs and grated dark chocolate.
- Fold chocolate mixture into firmly beaten egg white mixture.
- Arrange spoonfuls of mixture onto a greased baking sheet.
- Bake into preheated oven for 20 minutes, until firm to the touch.
- Using a spatula, immediately transfer meringues onto a wire rack, to cool completely.
