- 4 ounces [113 g] cream cheese, at room temperature
- 2 1/2 cups [625 mL] icing sugar
- 2 [28-g / 1-ounce] each unsweetened chocolat squares, melted
- 1/2 cup [125 mL] chopped nuts [optional]

- Cream cream cheese before mixing in icing sugar, melted unsweetened chocolate and, if desired, chopped nuts.
- Press into a greased 8-inch [20-cm] square pan.
- Refrigerate for 2 hours.
- Cut into small squares to serve.
