- 4 large baking potatoes, baked until done
- 1/2 cup [125 mL] melted butter
- 1/2 cup [125 mL] milk
- 1 cup [250 mL] fried crispy bacon slices, diced
- 3 cups [750 mL] crushed fritos
- 1/4 cup [60 mL] diced green onion
- 2 cups [500 mL] grated Cheddar cheese

- Half baked potatoes lengthwise; scoop out the inside, reserving potato skins.
- Mash scooped out potato with melted butter and milk.
- Add bacon dices, 2 cups [500 mL] crushed fritos, green onion dices and half of grated cheese.
- Mix; stuff potato skins with mixture.
- Sprinkle stuffed potatoes with remaining 1 cup [250 mL] grated cheese and 1 cup [250 mL] crushed fritos.
- Bake into a preheated 350°F [180°C] oven for 20 minutes.
