- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup [250 mL] milk
- 2 zucchinis, sliced or cut into small sticks
- Flour
- 2 cups [500 mL] dry breadcrumbs
- Oil [to deep-fry]

- Mix together beaten eggs and milk.
- Flour zucchini slices or sticks; dip into beaten eggs mixture, then coat with breadcrumbs.
- If desired, dip zucchini slices or sticks once more into beaten eggs mixture and coat once more with breadcrumbs.
- Deep-fry into hot oil until golden brown, as you would French fried potatoes.
