Cheesy Potato Patties

  • 1 pound [454 g] potatoes, grated
  • 1/2 cup ]125 mL] flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 pound [227 g] grated white Cheddar or other white cheese
  • Pinch of nutmeg
  • Into a bowl, mix together all ingredients.
  • Drop spoonfuls of mixture into a frypan.
  • Brown potato mixture until golden, turning patties while frying.
