- 10 potatoes
- 1 small sprig fresh thyme, finely chopped
- Sunflower oil

- Preheat oven to 400°F [200°C].
- Peel and cut potatoes into bite-size pieces.
- Boil potato pieces into boiling water for aproximately 10 minutes; drain.
- Evenly arrange potato pieces into a lightly oiled oven-safe dish.
- Sprinkle all over with freshly chopped thyme.
- Pour in just a little sunflower oil.
- Bake into preheated oven for 45 minutes.
- Potatoes should be tender inside, golden brown and crunchy on the outside.
