- Boiled broccoli flowerets
- 2 egg whites
- 1/4 cup [60 mL] mayonnaise
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Grated Gruyere cheese, to taste

- Preheat oven to 350°F [180°C].
- Arrange boiled broccoli flowerets all around an oven-safe dish, into a whreath.
- Beat egg whites until foamy; fold in mayonnaise.
- Salt, pepper and pour into the center of broccoli flowerets.
- Generously sprinkle all over with grated Gruyere cheese.
- Brown into preheated oven, for approximately 10 to 12 minutes.
