- 1 pound [454 g] bacon, into small pieces
- 2 [14-ounce / 398-mL each] cans pork and beans
- 2 [14-ounce / 398-mL each] cans butter beans
- 2 [14-ounce / 398-mL each] cans red kidney beans
- 1 pound [454 g] lean ground beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 1/2 teaspoon [2.5 mL] dry mustard
- 1/2 cup [125 mL] catsup
- 1/2 cup [125 mL] brown sugar

- Just melt bacon pieces into a frypan.
- Add to pork and beans, butter beans and red kidney beans, into a large casserole.
- Brown together lean ground beef and onion dices into frypan; add to mixed beans.
- Delicately mix in dry mustard, catsup and brown sugar.
- Simmer for 10 minutes, and serve.
