Zesty Mustard Sauce
- 2 teaspoons [10 g] butter
- 2 teaspoons [6 g] flour
- 3/4 cup [190 mL] milk
- 4 teaspoons [20 mL] mayonnaise
- 3 teaspoons [15 mL] dry hot English mustard
- 1 1/2 teaspoons [7.5 mL] lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon [1 mL] Cayenne pepper

- Clean then boil cauliflower into salted boiling water until soft yet still a little crunchy.
- Well drain then transfer cauliflower into a large enough serving bowl; keep warm.
- Prepare then pour hot zesty mustard sauce all over cauliflower.
- Serve immediately.
Zesty Mustard Sauce
- Over low heat, just melt butter into a medium-size saucepan.
- Remove saucepan from heat; using a wooden spoon, stir flour into melted butter until smooth.
- Stir in milk, until smooth.
- Transfer saucepan back over heat.
- Stirring, mix in mayonnaise, hot English mustard powder, lemon juice and Cayenne pepper.
- Heat sauce for 1 to 2 minutes.
