Baked Potato Wedges

  • 4 medium unpeeled potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon [15 g] butter, melted
  • 1/4 teaspoon [1 mL] garlic powder
  • 4 dashes chopped parsley
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Preheat oven to 400°F [200°C].
  • Scrub unpeeled potatoes; cut each potato lengthwise into quarters.
  • Into a bowl, stir together melted butter, garlic powder and chopped parsley.
  • Arrange potato wedges, skin side down, onto a shallow baking pan.
  • Brush seasoned butter over cut sides of potato wedges.
  • Salt and pepper.
  • Bake, uncovered into preheated oven for approximately 1 hour, until golden brown and tender when pierced.
