- 4 medium unpeeled potatoes
- 1 tablespoon [15 g] butter, melted
- 1/4 teaspoon [1 mL] garlic powder
- 4 dashes chopped parsley
- Salt and pepper, to taste

- Preheat oven to 400°F [200°C].
- Scrub unpeeled potatoes; cut each potato lengthwise into quarters.
- Into a bowl, stir together melted butter, garlic powder and chopped parsley.
- Arrange potato wedges, skin side down, onto a shallow baking pan.
- Brush seasoned butter over cut sides of potato wedges.
- Salt and pepper.
- Bake, uncovered into preheated oven for approximately 1 hour, until golden brown and tender when pierced.
