- 1 [6-ounce / 170-g] box lime-flavored gelatin mix
- 1 cup [250 mL] boiling water
- 1 1/2 cups [375 mL] already chopped into a food prosessor carrots
- 1 1/2 cups [375 mL] already chopped into a food prosessor celery
- 1 1/2 cups [375 mL] already chopped into a food prosessor green onions
- 21 ounces [630 mL] mayonnaise

- Dissolve lime-flavored gelatin into boiling water until completely dissolved.
- Well mix in chopped carrots, celery and green onions, and mayonnaise.
- Pour into a mold; refrigerate until set.
- Unmold just before serving.
