Sugared Dough Cookies

IngredientsPreparation
  • 4 1/2 pounds [2 kg] butter
  • 2 1/4 pounds [1 kg] sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 6 1/2 pounds [3 kg] flour
  • Maple extract
  • Nuts
  • Cream together butter and sugar; add eggs, flour and maple extract.
  • Add nuts to taste.
  • Form into a small roll and refrigerate.
  • Cut into cookies, arrange on parchemin paper and bake in a 350°F [180°C] oven.
