Baked Custard

  • 4 cups / 32 ounces [1 L] lukewarm milk
  • 7 eggs
  • 1 cup / 8 ounces [250 ml] sugar
  • Vanilla
  • Orange flower water
  • In a mixing bowl, mix well together eggs, sugar, vanilla and orange flower water.
  • Pour over lukewarm milk; mix well.
  • Fill molds, put molds in a pan filled with hot water and bake in a 300°F - 350°F [150°C - 180°C] oven, until custard is set.
