Preparation
Spinach, stems removed, boiled then well-drained
Thick bechamel sauce
Salt and pepper
Nutmeg [optional]
Finely cut drained spinach.
Cream spinach with thick bechamel sauce.
Season to taste with salt, pepper and, if desired nutmeg, before serving.
