  • Thick bechamel sauce
  • Salt and pepper
  • Nutmeg [optional]
  • Finely cut drained spinach.
  • Cream spinach with thick bechamel sauce.
  • Season to taste with salt, pepper and, if desired nutmeg, before serving.
