French Fried Potatoes, Waffle Style

  • Slice raw potatoes with a cutter called a mandoline, which has a serrated knife.
  • Rub potatoes on the madoline in such a way to make crosswise grooves; each movement being opposite to the previous one, this gives each potato slice the appearance of a small waffle.
  • Wash, towel dry and deep fry potato slices as or potato chips.
