- 5 pounds [2.4 kg] cooked lobster meat bite-size pieces
- 1/2 cup [125 mL] lemon juice
- 2 ounces [60 g] chopped green onions
- 1 1/2 pounds [680 g] chopped celery
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/4 cup [60 mL] freshly chopped parsley
- 10 1/2 ounces [315 mL] mayonnaise
- Lettuce leaves, to serve
- Lemon slices, to serve

- Mix together lobster meat dices and lemon juice with chopped green onions and celery, salt, pepper and freshly chopped parsley.
- Well yet delicately mix in mayonnaise; check for seasonings.
- Serve lobster salad over lettuce leaves, garnished with lemon slices.
