- 1/4 cup [60 g] butter
- 8 ounces [227 g] softened cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons [30 mL] lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon [15 mL] grated lemon rind
- 1 1/2 teaspoons [7.5 mL] vanilla
- 5 cups [1.25 L] icing sugar
