Crunchy Peanut Butter Chocolate Bites

  • 1/2 bar paraffin wax
  • 6 [28-g / 1-ounce each] squares semi-sweet chocolate
  • 1 1/2 cups [375 mL] peanut butter
  • 2 cups [500 mL] icing sugar
  • 2 to 3 cups [500 to 750 mL] rice krispies cereals
  • Melt paraffin wax into the top part of a double-boiler over hot yet not boiling water.
  • Add chocolate squares, stirring until completely melted.
  • Then stir in peanut butter, until completely melted.
  • Remove from heat before mixing in icing sugar and rice krispies cereals, until well combined.
  • Drop spoonfuls mixture onto waxed paper.
  • Refrigerate until hardened, for approximately 5 minutes, then enjoy!
