- 1/2 cup [125 mL] soft cream cheese
- 1/4 cup [60 mL] frozen apple juice concentrate, thawed
- 1 cup [250 mL] unsweetened coconut
- 1/4 teaspoon [1 mL] almond or vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon [15 mL] non-instant skim milk powder

- With moistened hands, shape dough into egg shapes.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight, until firm.
