- 1 [3-pound / 7.6-kg] boneless ham
- 1/2 cup [125 mL] packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup [60 mL] soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons [45 mL] Dijon mustard

- Half ham lengthwise.
- Transfer ham halves into a large pot; pour in enough water to cover.
- Bring to a boil and leave to boil for 1 hour, replenishing water as needed.
- Meanwhile, mix together brown sugar, soy sauce and Dijon mustard into a small bowl; reserve.
- Transfer ham halves into a glass or ceramic baking dish, cut sides facing up.
- Evenly brush ham halves with reserved brown sugar mixture.
- Microwave ham halves on 'HIGH' for 15 minutes.
- Slice, and serve.
