Beefsteaks with Roquefort Cheese [Biftecks au roquefort]

  • 4 [4 ounce / 113 g each] beefsteaks
  • 1 ounce [28 g] butter
  • 1 1/2 ounces [43 g] Roquefort cheese
  • Salt and pepper
  • Pan-grill the beefsteaks with a very high heat, allowing 2 to 3 minutes on each side.
  • Cream together the butter and Roquefort cheese with a fork.
  • Place steaks on a hot platter.
  • Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  • Put a piece of the Roquefort cheese mixture on each steak and serve immediately.
