- 4 [4 ounce / 113 g each] beefsteaks
- 1 ounce [28 g] butter
- 1 1/2 ounces [43 g] Roquefort cheese
- Salt and pepper

- Pan-grill the beefsteaks with a very high heat, allowing 2 to 3 minutes on each side.
- Cream together the butter and Roquefort cheese with a fork.
- Place steaks on a hot platter.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Put a piece of the Roquefort cheese mixture on each steak and serve immediately.
