3 egg whites
3 teaspoons [15 ml] sugar
4 tablespoons [60 ml] apricot jam
1 tablespoon [15 ml] cognac
Beat the egg whites stiff.
Add the sugar, the apricot jam and the cognac.
Mix everything together well, beating a llittle to be sure the mixture is blended.
Serve immediately.
