  • 3 egg whites
  • 3 teaspoons [15 ml] sugar
  • 4 tablespoons [60 ml] apricot jam
  • 1 tablespoon [15 ml] cognac
  • Beat the egg whites stiff.
  • Add the sugar, the apricot jam and the cognac.
  • Mix everything together well, beating a llittle to be sure the mixture is blended.
  • Serve immediately.
