- 3/4 cup [175 g] butter
- 12 ounces [340 g] Parma ham, cut into 2-inch [5-cm] strips
- 1 pound [454 g] thin noodles [tagliatelles], boiled and drained, still warm
- 1 1/2 cups [340 g] grated Parmesan cheese

- Into a medium frypan, melt butter over medium heat until no longer foamy.
- Add Parma ham strips and stir for approximately 5 minutes, until very hot.
- Take away from heat.
- Into a large bowl, add drained warm pasta noodles and ham strips with melted butter.
- Using two large spoons, mix pasta noodles until very well coated with melted butter.
- Sprinkle all over with grated Parmesan cheese.
- Serve immediately.
