Hot Tomato Broth

IngredientsPreparation
  • 1 [10-ounce / 284-mL] can cream of tomato soup concentrate
  • 1 [10-ounce / 284-mL] can beef broth concentrate
  • 1/3 teaspoon [1.6 mL] horseradish
  • Drop of Tabasco sauce
  • 1 cup [250 mL] water
  • 1 tablespoon [15 mL] Sherry [optional]
  • Sour cream or unsweetened whipped cream
  • Simmer together cream of tomato soup and beef broth concentrates, horseradish, Tabasco sauce and water for 5 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and stir n Sherry.
  • Top with dollops floating sour cream or unsweetened whipped cream, and serve.
