- 1 [10-ounce / 284-mL] can cream of tomato soup concentrate
- 1 [10-ounce / 284-mL] can beef broth concentrate
- 1/3 teaspoon [1.6 mL] horseradish
- Drop of Tabasco sauce
- 1 cup [250 mL] water
- 1 tablespoon [15 mL] Sherry [optional]
- Sour cream or unsweetened whipped cream

- Simmer together cream of tomato soup and beef broth concentrates, horseradish, Tabasco sauce and water for 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir n Sherry.
- Top with dollops floating sour cream or unsweetened whipped cream, and serve.
