- 2 cups [500 mL] croutons
- 1 cup [225 g] grated sharp cheese
- 4 eggs, slithly beaten
- 2 cups [500 mL] milk
- 1/2 teaspoon [2.5 mL] salt
- 1/2 teaspoon [2.5 mL] prepared mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon [2.5 mL] onion powder
- Pinch of pepper
- 8 slices fried crisp bacon slices, minced

- Preheat oven to 325°F [160°C].
- Mix together croutons and grated cheese over the bottom of a 10 x 6-inch [25 x 15-cm] greased baking pan.
- Well mix together beaten eggs, milk, salt, mustard, onion powder and pepper.
- Pour all over croutons.
- Sprinkle with fried minced bacon.
- Bake into preheated oven for 55 to 60 minutes, until eggs are set.
