Overnight Strawberry Jam

This whole strawberries, excellent jam will be of a very nice colour.
Never cook more than 3 cups [750 mL] strawberries at a time.
Ingredients
Preparation
3 cups [600 g] sugar
3 cups [750 mL] strawberries
Cold sterilized jars with lids
Into a large casserole, pour sugar all over strawberries; let stand overnight.
The next morning, bring to a boil and leave to boil for 20 minutes.
Leave mixture set all day before pouring cold into sterilized jars.
Seal jars.
