Overnight Strawberry Jam
Comments: This whole strawberries, excellent jam will be of a very nice colour.
Never cook more than 3 cups [750 mL] strawberries at a time.
IngredientsPreparation
  • 3 cups [600 g] sugar
  • 3 cups [750 mL] strawberries
  • Cold sterilized jars with lids
  • Into a large casserole, pour sugar all over strawberries; let stand overnight.
  • The next morning, bring to a boil and leave to boil for 20 minutes.
  • Leave mixture set all day before pouring cold into sterilized jars.
  • Seal jars.
