- 3 cups [750 mL] peeled and mashed figs
- 3 cups [600 g] sugar
- 2 [3-ounce / 85-g each] packages strawberry-flavored gelatin
- Hot sterilized jars with lids

- Well mix together all the ingredients into a casserole.
- Bring to a boil and leave to boil for 10 minutes.
- Pour hot into hot sterilized jars, and seal.
