IngredientsPreparation
  • 1 [3-ounces / 85-g] pack orange-flavored gelatin
  • 1 cup [250 mL] boiling water
  • 1 [16-ounce / 454-mL] can whole cranberry sauce
  • 1 [15 mL / 7-g] envelop unflavored gelatin, dissolved into 1/2 cup [125 mL] cold water
  • 1 [20-ounce / 568-mL] can crushed pineapple
  • 1 tablespoon [15 mL] lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon [15 mL] grated orange rind
  • 1 cup [250 mL] chopped pecans or nuts
  • 6 ounces [190 mL] Classic CokeŽ
  • Dissolve orange-flavored gelatin into boiling water; well mix in whole cranberry sauce.
  • Stir in dissolved unflavored gelatin.
  • Add remaining ingredients; stir in crushed pineapple with juice, lemon juice, grated orange rind, chopped pecans or nuts and Classic CokeŽ until just blended.
  • Spray an 8-inch [20-cm] mold with non-stick vegetable spray.
  • Pour mixture into mold.
  • Refrigerate until mixture just starts to set.
  • Mix to scatter chopped pecans or nuts.
  • Refrigerate until completely set.
