- 4 slices white bread, crusts removed
- 2 teaspoons [9 g] flour
- Pinch of salt
- 1/2 cup [100 g] sugar
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 [14-ounce / 398-mL] can crushed pineapple
- 1/4 pound [113 g] margarine, into tiny pieces

- Preheat oven to 350°F [180°C].
- Tear bread apart and transfer pieces into a 6-cup [1.5-L] greased casserole.
- Well mix in flour, salt, sugar, beaten eggs and undrained crushed pineapple.
- Top all over with tiny margarine pieces.
- Bake into preheated oven for 45 minutes.
