- 2 eggs
- 2 pounds [900 gg] ground beef
- 2 cups [500 mL] crushed corn flakes cereals
- 3/4 cup [190 mL] minced onion
- 1/4 cup [60 mL] minced sweet green pepper, membranes removed and seeded
- 2 tablespoons [30 mL] soy sauce
- 2 1/2 teaspoons [12.5 mL] salt
- 1 tablespoon [15 mL] prepared mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon [1 mL] milk
- 1 [10-ounce / 284-mL] can cream of mushroom soup concentrate

- Preheat oven to 350°F [180°C].
- Lightly beat eggs using a fork.
- Lightly mix together ground beef, crushed cereals with minced onion and sweet green pepper.
- Stir in soy sauce, salt, mustard, milk and cream of mushroom soup concentrate.
- Onto a baking sheet, delicately shape mixture into an oval loaf.
- Bake into preheated oven for 50 minutes, until well done.
