Meat Loaf

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 pounds [900 gg] ground beef
  • 2 cups [500 mL] crushed corn flakes cereals
  • 3/4 cup [190 mL] minced onion
  • 1/4 cup [60 mL] minced sweet green pepper, membranes removed and seeded
  • 2 tablespoons [30 mL] soy sauce
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons [12.5 mL] salt
  • 1 tablespoon [15 mL] prepared mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon [1 mL] milk
  • 1 [10-ounce / 284-mL] can cream of mushroom soup concentrate
  • Preheat oven to 350°F [180°C].
  • Lightly beat eggs using a fork.
  • Lightly mix together ground beef, crushed cereals with minced onion and sweet green pepper.
  • Stir in soy sauce, salt, mustard, milk and cream of mushroom soup concentrate.
  • Onto a baking sheet, delicately shape mixture into an oval loaf.
  • Bake into preheated oven for 50 minutes, until well done.
