- 1 [7-pound / 3-kg] ham [half or whole]
- 2 tablespoons [30 mL] prepared mustard
- 1/3 cup [80 mL] firmly packed brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons [30 mL] peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon [5 mL] horseradish
- 18 to 20 cloves
- 1/2 cup [125 mL] Coke

- Preheat oven to 325°F [160°C].
- Bake ham for 25 minutes per pound for a half ham, a little less for a whole ham.
- Well mix together mustard, brown sugar, peanut butter and horseradish; set aside.
- About 45 minutes before the end of baking time, remove ham from oven.
- Remove rind and fat from ham; remove and throw away excess fat from roasting pan.
- Prick top of ham with cloves then evenly coat all over with mustard mixture.
- Pour coke into roasting pan; transfer ham back into oven until done, basting often with cooking juices.
