Mustard Butter

Serve along with kidneys, liver, steaks or broiled fish.
It can also be used to thicken sauces and soups.

  • 1 stick [1/4 pound / 115 g] soft butter
  • 1 to 2 tablespons [15 to 30 mL] Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons [30 mL] freshly minced parsley or mixed herbs
  • Mix together butter, mustard and freshly minced parsley or mixed herbs, by hand or into a blender or a food prosessor.
